Shipping

We do not ship international.  All orders must have a domestic shipping address.

All Funko Pop! exclusive valued at $50 or more will include a clear plastic protective cover for better handling.

*Effective during the holiday season, if an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will be refunding the out of stock item and shipping the rest of the order.

All orders are shipped with USPS (United States Postal Service). Currently, we offer First Class, Parcel Post, Priority options for packages shipped within the US.

Shipping prices are based on weight. See rates at the USPS website, USPS.com.

Tracking numbers are placed on Priority Mail and EMS packages only.

We offer two different shipping options for Georgia residents that resides in these specific cities:

Option 1: Low “Flat Rate” shipping as low $.99 for small items.

Option 2:  Local pick-up during regular store hours at our storefront/retail center located at 3343 Puckett’s Mill Rd. Suite 100, Buford, GA 30519.  Click here for our storefront hours.

Return Policy

We accept returns on unopened items if you notify us within 72 hours of receiving the package (3 days). After that, there is a 15% restocking fee if you notify us within 7 days. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping costs unless the return is a result of an error on our part. Refunds are issued once the item in question is received. Refunds will not be issued for returned packages lost or damaged in shipping.

Lost or Damaged Package

USPS allows us to file for lost packages 30 days after that package is shipped. Please report damaged items immediately to animeremix@gmail.com.  Do not remove nor open the outer package.  Take a picture of the damaged outer package and email the image to us.  Any open outer package may revoke your ability to claim any damaged merchandise inside.  Once we have received and review the damaged outer package, we will inform you of proceeding procedures.
