HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

We use the Fraudlabs Pro plugin to collect billing and shipping information  to help us screen for potential risk and fraud.

What Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect credit card information or see your credit card numbers at any point in the purchasing process. All credit card transactions are processed through Paypal or First Data Checkout. We also do not collect your friends’ emails when you send a wishlist to your friends.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

How To Exercise Choices About Receiving Promotional Communications

Upon purchasing, you will automatically be added to our mailing list. If you do not want to receive information to enhance your shopping experience, please follow the instructions on the bottom of the e-mail you are receiving to automatically take you off our mailing list. In addition, we may also need to contact you by phone, e-mail or postal mail with other questions regarding your order

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16.  Anime-remix.com will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16 without prior verifiable parental consent. If we find out that a patron of anime-remix.com is under the age of 16, we will remove all personally identifiable information about that person from our files.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
