Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Master Card,
Travelers Check, Cashier's Check, and Money Order. Please
make payable to Anime Remix. Personal
and business checks require 14 days to clear. Sorry,
no international checks.
Returns
All merchandise are to be
returned 14 days after purchase accompanied
by receipt. Merchandise are to be unopened and
in new condition. Opened DVDs and CDs are not returnable,
unless defective. Defective DVDs and CDs are exchanged
for the same items only. Credits are returned the same
way they were bought (for example - if you bought something
on sale, you will receive a credit or refund for that same
amount).
Internet orders will receive store credit
unless purchased by credit card (card will be credited back). Internet
purchase will need a return authorization. Returns without
authorization may be sent back to purchaser. Please allow
2 to 4 weeks for processing.
